Dave has received his Master’s degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University. He has over 15 years’ experience in mental health and substance abuse. He has worked in both the school setting and in psychiatric hospitals with dual diagnosis. He has done outreach with the health department to get substance abuse user into treatment in Maryland. He has done crisis intervention in both the school setting and when working with the health department.
